Our Return Policy

Alldrin Brothers Almonds products are perishable. Therefore, in order to uphold our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund for any food product(s).

If you have an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Care Service. Please save the product, original box, any paperwork and packing materials it arrived in. We do not offer cash refunds.

LTL (less than truckload): Upon receipt of the product, any issues of damaged product must be noted on BOL (bill of lading) when carrier arrives in order to open up a claim. If no note is made upon inspection of the received product, filing a claim, as well as issuing a refund for damaged goods, will not be permitted.
